Craft Cocktails at Herbs & Rye

Pace Yourself…

These Drinks are Both Strong and Delicious

Hey there, cocktail lovers! Are you looking for a new spot to try out some delicious drinks and grub? Look no further than Herbs & Rye, the Vegas hot spot that's been around since 2009. They not only make pretty good steaks, but REALLY good cocktails too.

Let me tell you, this place is a gem. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming vibe that sets the tone for a great time. And the cocktails? They're out of this world. Whether you're into classics like an Old Fashioned or something more adventurous like a Jalapeño Margarita, they've got you covered. And let's not forget about their talented bartenders who mix up each drink with precision and care.

Now, if you're like me, you're probably thinking "I want to try everything!" And trust me, you should. But let's be real, we can't drink every cocktail on the menu in one night (or can we?). So, my advice? Take your time and savor each drink. Start with a classic like a Old Fashioned if you’re going strong, or an Aperol Spritz if you’re going light, and then work your way up to the more daring and bolder concoctions.

And let's not forget about the food. Herbs & Rye makes some pretty darn good steaks. In fact, they're a hidden gem and some of the best in town. Juicy, flavorful and cooked to perfection, they're the perfect accompaniment to your cocktail of choice. And if you're not in the mood for steak, they've got plenty of other delicious options to choose from—might I suggest the calamari?

But back to the cocktails. One of my personal favorites is the Ward Eight. It's a refreshing twist that kind of reminds me of a Sidecar, made with rye whiskey, lemon juice, orange juice and grenadine. It's the perfect drink to enjoy on a warm Vegas evening. And if you're feeling extra fancy, try the Bijou, a classic concoction—originally published in Harry Johnson’s “Bartender’s Manual” in 1882—made with gin, green chartreuse, sweet vermouth, orange bitters.

And the ambiance... The dimly lit, speakeasy-style decor adds to the overall experience and makes you feel like you're part of a secret club. The music sits in background to set the mood without overpowering conversation. Or is there even music? Because the conversation is always so good. The service is absolutely top-notch. The bartenders and servers are accommodating, friendly, attentive and happy to help you navigate the menu.

So, what are you waiting for? Head on over to Herbs & Rye and see what they're all about. Whether you're looking for a fun night out with friends or a romantic evening with your significant other, this place has got you covered. Cheers to good drinks, good food, and good times!
